Over the past year I've tried Savarez, D'addario and Hannabach. I prefer D'addario since they gave me the sound I wanted. Also, I found them to last longer. Hard tension works best for me, super hard seems to break easier.
Well played, my friend. I have been using Pro Arte strings for 4 months (with proper care and clean) and they still sound pretty well. I have a question: what's the difference between hard and normal tension strings?
Basically the difference is the stiffness of the strings. With hard tension strings you can use more force when playing compared to if you're using normal tension strings. If you're having problems with string noise during loud parts you can possibly get rid of that by using for example hard tension instead of normal tension.
H mathias!! Thank you!! WOW! That is so nice to see. You play it very, very good! It's an honor to see and hear you play this piece! You managed the difficult part at 1:12-1:20 very well!! Great! and beautiful!
I do love hannabach. You honored Germany with that interpretation.

how do u know what tension ur guitar can handle? i have a kremona fiesta fc
kiiaz 1 year ago
@kiiaz I'm not sure how to determine that. I just tried and at least my guitar seems to handle even extra hard tension well.
