The song is based off of her ex boyfriend, Shaun Morgan of the band Seether.  It's a song about him and how he can't hurt her anymore by constant rehab and other things. It's a happy song, in my opinion, because she's finally breaking the emotional bond between her and what used to be for her.

People always talk about people like Whitney Housten and Beyonce, and how amazing their voices are; I think Amy is just as INCREDIBLE and I wish that more people would hear her voice and be able to share how truely fantastic it is. She rivals all the 'well-kjnown' singers; she sounds simular to them (having the power in the vocals), yet so different and enchanting :)
