In stock form they are amazing but almost any vehicle would high-center on a mound like that...Even a Land Rover or H2/3. Just wait for the 2011 GC...with a push of a button it will raise up and give you great clearance. Yea, they copied RRover with that one. lol

With jeep grand cherokees 4x4 system, skid plates, solid axles, known off road capabilites it is one of the top off road vehicles you can purchase. The grand cherokee can outperform a H2 and H3. The grand cherokee is probably 2nd only to the wrangler. So bottom line...the grand jeep cherokee is EXTREMELY capable for off roading

exactly...jeep didnt make the quadra-drive for no reason. limited slip in both axles, as you can see when my tires start to spin, the tires on the other end of the axles kick in and help propell it. and the skid plates, the solid axles, they all go into making a great trail rig....yes, mine needs a lift, but i doubt ill even wheel that one much anymore...ill probably put a two inch lift, and some BFG A/Ts under it..make it a little more capable..

Actually looks like a blast... has to happen at least once in a Jeeps life. The Jeep is one of the only SUVs left in production that actually IS.. an off road worth vehicle. redmist1957.. STFU.
