Gundam that's tearing stuff apart happens to be appropriately called the Deathscythe, which is from Gundam Wing. The man that's speaking, I forget his name, but he's been nicknamed the Grim Reaper, and he's from Mobile Suit Gundam: The 08th MS Team. It helps that the Deathscythe's normal pilot is also nick named the Grim Reaper.
