Thank you for reporting that, I have re-uploaded the link.
The conversion from iso to cso will only make the file smaller. The games in cso format will not lag.

@HachiumaKin which prog did you use to open the menu on the psp...? you said that i must press the "select"-butten, but at my cfw does nothing happens...pls help...which firmware do you use?
