  • Ive heard people talking about installing turbo kits there self, but don't you gotta have a flash pcm for your computer to even run the vehicle. Or just dyno it?

  • I kept waiting for the banner on the wall to fly off and suck in the intake!

  • This kit costs 9,000 from what i saw on your website right?

  • @sniperlobbypro - yes, that's installed and tuned.

  • fastlaneinc how do you like those borg turbos? which turbo man. do you guys prefer for your personal vehicles?

  • @xxxxdarksidexxxx - we love them. I want to upgrade my twin turbo mustang from mitsubishi's to borg warners too.

  • @fastlaneinc Do have mitsubishi 20G turbo's?? If so you probably miss the quick spool from them, but you can't complain about more HP lol......I'm currently in the process of switching from a turbonetics GTK 850 to a HKS T51R SPL and although it's not finished and tuned I already notice a big difference in response. But the HKS sounds much stronger I love it

  • @byemaxii - but the auto switches gears so fast that the turbos never loose boost.

I guess it comes down to what you like: a sound or solid boost and faster acceleration.

I have a turbo mustang, with a 6 speed and i can rarely shift gears fast enough to keep the turbos in full boost. I have to hit everything just right. The automatic does it every time.

a manual is way more fun to drive, but if you want to go to the track with a turbo the auto is better in a late model muscle cars.

  • @fastlaneinc you are probably right.. and you probably know way more about it than i do.. but im not into racing. just want a car that everyone can see and know it has a shit load of power without having to go race it

  • @byemaxii fuck sound its all about proformanceeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

  • @byemaxii yea laugh at you, you just said grand national's and supras are dumb. yet both are record holding cars with 6pistons and a single turbo on a stock frame!

  • @byemaxii LOL, who buys a turbo for SOUND? You are obviously a child...

  • Love this car.

  • I just came!

  • I would give my left testical for this car. You could keep it in a jar or do what you like with it, if that sounds like a fair trade? LOL that is a bad ride!!

  • turbo muscle shit '? that sounds like a small eyes ricer ahjaja ah jaja what a domb guy he´s just afraid he can get tousted with his supra.

  • I WANT THAT CAR!

  • so what modifications did you have to do to the car? I read in a mag that the spindles would have to be changed out, or something of that nature, if you add power to the new camaro. I wanna see a V6 camaro with some performance upgrades lol! Is the gas mileage about the same?

  • most likely not when you add that kind of power to any car the gas mileage goes down a bit

  • thanks! that's what I thought but of course I don't own any turbo charged car and I don't wanna sound dumb! I thought turbo cars are a bit more efficient under normal driving. When are the videos of this thing racing going up?

  • not sure. we are going to the LSX shootout and will probably get some video from there, but that won't be until the middle of the month.

  • Turbo kit, twin disk clutch and custom built axles. yes, the mileage goes way down when you get into the gas as in order to pull this kind of power we have had to install MUCH bigger injectors (60#) and a high flow fuel pump so you can keep the car from leaning out. If you drive it normal it actually gets better gas mileage as the turbo is more efficient than the naturally aspirated motor

  • b-e-a-utiful

  • oh man turbo muscles are the shit and everyone know it :)

  • talk about not wasting any time.. what is that an s372? sounds stockish around town.. .i like

  • that turbo sounds sick. i've been waiting to see someone turbo this car. do you think there will be a kit for the V6 as well?

  • yes, we are working on both. The V8 still needs some tweaking...

  • awesome. is the v6 gonna be single or twin turbo?

  • not sure right now.

  • Are you guys gonna bump the boost up to 20psi?!?

  • Any word yet on when you guys are gonna be offering this set up yet? I had called about the stage 2 before but I think I will wait a bit till you guys get this thing ready.

  • We are close, maybe another week or two before it's ready for production. We are taking pre-orders now and already have a dozen or kits pre-sold.

  • If this is the stage 4 what is the stage 3?

  • Stage 3 is a supercharged LS3 or L99 motor

  • whats the asking price???

  • WOW!!

  • Best sounding 2010 camaro on youtube

  • Great Job!

  • 512RWH at what PSI? No matter the answer that's f-ing ridiculous!! Good job guys!

  • 7psi

  • wow that is bad ass. straight hetero street cred on this one.

  • Well done... sounds badass!

  • thats the best place for the filter to be,away from engine compartment, gets all the cool air.thats a badass car, cant wait to see track numbers.

  • yeah wat if it gets water

  • thats why u dont be a dumbass and drive through flooded areas, rain aint gonna hurt it,its got a valence that blocks it.

  • i really don't like where that air filter is

  • Why? it's easily accessable in the front air dam and draws cool clean air from the outside the engine compartment.

  • Because his mullet pride tells him he needs a big scoop out the top of the hood.

  • i'd be afraid about large pools of water that would get sucked into the engine and then stall the motor. i mean, it's the optimal place for the filter i agree, but i'd be afraid it'd take in water is all.

  • well, it's about a foot off the ground, so i can understand your concern, but the front facia blocks direct ingestion of water and as long as your not fording any streams with the car you wouldn't have an issue. A side note is that the bottom of the doors are also lower than the filter so you would be taking on water in the car before it was able to ingest water into the intake. It's a good point, but by the time it ingests water, you already have other problems.
