Hi Mina what brand of mustard oil do you use? I've had issues with hair loss since my early twenties but never really bothered with anything. The only thing I do is wash it less and try to wash with cooler water, which is so hard to do in winter. I have just gotten used to it being thin. I will definitely try the oil though. I did have coconut oil a while back but I didn't keep up with it cos my hair is oily as is and unlilke you I have straight, fine, hair.
I've been losing chunks of hair lately. And recently like two days ago I've been using fenugreek (methi) seeds on my hair to stop the hair loss and promote faster and stronger hair growth. And in just two days of use, omg I am shocked that my hair became so strong. And I am definitely going to use mustard oil as part of my herbal hair care regime.
I use methi seeds to fight my hair loss. Make a paste out of it and apply it to your hair, leave other for about 45 minutes to an hour and wash it!
@ABCDHousewife Hi, thank you so much for the tip! I was wondering, do you heat the mustard oil before applying it? If yes, for how long? Should it be hot when you put it in your hair? Thank you!
@MrBach53 its said that heating mustard oil for long and harshly can take away omega-6, omega-3 and other beneficial vitamins.so its recommended to heat mustard oil on low flame or in microwave for about 30 seconds. and oil should be warm not hot as it may burn your scalp.. :)
People with hair loss or thinning hair, buy tablets or liquid horsetail... and biotin tablets. This helps maybe. You can buy this for cheap at iherb.com. I have a coupon code for you, you get 5$ off your 1st purchase.
Buy shampoo without SLS! SLS is bad for your scalp.
What shampoo do you use? I am having some hair loss but I think it's hormonal related. I am going to get blood work done next week. Great video by the way!!
@papercandles Thanks for your message. If your hair loss is hormonal or vitamin definency related it will not stop no matter what shampoo you use. Definitely have it checked out. My best advice as far as shampoo goes is to wash your hair as few times as possible! Shampoo is our hair's greatest enemy in my opinion. I'm going to do a video on homemade hair wash solution soon.
@medgirl15 Thanks so much for subbing and watching my videos! I will have to try your hair oil idea. Sounds very interesting. Yes I do use conditioner but mostly on the ends of my hair. My hair is pretty thin and too much conditioner can weight it down. I usually leave it on for 3 mins or so in the shower. Right now I'm using the R&B conditioner by Lush.
i have just discovered the best remedy for hair loss
and i am not going to tell yoou what it is because i want to make a little bit of money from it. I will be selling it soon

I agree on oiling ur hair. For me it helps the dryness more than the hair growth. But I like that it's a natural solution. Good video hun!
