I love Staind.....period! The heavy rock or acoustic both are amazing. At times I just need the acoustic....Aaron reaches in and grabs my heart. You know he has truly felt pain, because he sings from the very soul. Love them!
So glad they are heavy again after all this time, like this, if you listen to the new songs. Staind, LB and Korn all sound like themselves again from what I've heard. I hope Linkin Park's next album is heavy. Minutes to Midnight and ATS were good and had some heavy songs in them but they should go back to having most songs heavy so they don't end up like Staind making a few soft albums before going back to hard rock. But good to see nu/alt metal is coming back.

I try not to take anything for granted anymore, I've recently recovered from a long and arduous period of mental struggle. For years I despaired of ever being happy; now suddenly I've become aware of how beautiful life can be. Just the relief of no longer feeling completely helpless is a drug I never knew existed...happiness, a feeling of worth, stability, understanding.
Now, I want to spread it around me, and I'm starting close to home. I want everyone to feel good. Life is worth living.
