what black eyeliner pencil would you recommend for the water line that doesn't smudge??

graphblack technakohl liner is fantastic for the waterline and it hardly smudges! i have yet to try out the eye kohls but i'll update everyone on those once i try them out :)

I agree, Feline is such a disapointment..too bas cus its sooo smoothe and black but its WAY too smudgy ..in 2 mins its all gone :(
