THEY LIE TO SUCK YOU IN ACTING LIKE YOU ARE A MODEL HOME AND MISLEAD YOU BIG TIME IN THE SALE! THEY SPEND SO MUCH TIME EXPLAINING BECAUSE THEY WANT TO DISTRACT YOU FROM THE FACT THAT THEY WILL TRAP YOU IN CONTRACT FOR 5 YEARS THAT'S $3,000 THEY WON'T POST THIS TO HIDE BUT LOOK THEM UP MANY PEOPLE SAY THE SAME THING! LOOK ON THE WEB THEY GET REPORTED ALL THE TIME AND GET AWAY WITH IT. THEY DELETE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK TOO

Out of all of the alarm companies I have dealt with Platinum Protection is the only one that treated me like a person and not just another new account. Platinum truly cares about families and keeping them safe. I am amazed at the incredible service they provide.

Platinum Protection has been such a great company to work with. Since the time I first came in contact with the company I have dealt with nothing but professionals. They even gave me all brand new equipment for free. I have nothing but great things to say about this company.

Platinum Protection offers a great value. The sales associate did a very good job explaining everything. The technician was efficient installing all of my new equipment. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

I got a system from Platinum a little over a year ago what a great company! I needed service one time on my system when I got a new window. They came the next day and my system works perfect. The one time it went off, (not shutting a door all the way when I left the home and it blew open) I got the phone call my system had gone off and by the time I turned around and made it back home 4 minutes later the police were already at my home. Awesome response I highly recommend!
