  • yo I'm getting now of these and was just wondering if it was easy to assemble and stuff. thanks

  • @Lucienator The easiest assembly is on a V-shaped beach bike cruiser. Assembling my kit took about 5 hours, not including the time I spent on modifying the gasoline intake (which is the bronze pipe that feeds gasoline to the engine from the carburetor). I would assume it would take no more than 1 hour maximum if you are assembling the kit onto a regular V-shaped beach bike.

  • @3ggt3 thanks.

  • how did you attach the engine to the bike? does it have to be welded or how? i dont have a welding torch so is there another way if it were to be the only way?

  • hi i have the exact same motor it runs good but i can not figuer out how to shut off the engine with the kill switch, can you help me with the wireing thanks

  • @izzy226 - I took the Kill Switch out of the System. I gently use the clutch to stall the engine while stationary, or in an "emergency", I just pull the spark plug wire. These Kill Switches on any Chines Motor are garbage and cause more issues than providing an easy way to kill the motor...

  • why do yo attached the carburetor so far, did that improve bottom end torque?

  • @sr5813 No, the carburetor was extended and attached to the side of the bicycle because it would not fit where it was originally supposed to be.

  • I love the idea but I hate the noise.

  • Nice job!! Thanks for checking out my bike.

  • hey sweet bike, ive always wanted to order one of these kits but have never gotten around to it, thanks for checking out my bike

  • nice painters tape! is that a looks like the muffler doubles as a foot warmer.

  • Please make sure you install that bracket from the exhaust muffler, to your frame. The studs on the motor aren't enough to support the Exhaust alone and will break. I hope this helps.

  • I didn't notice that, I will add a bracket to support the muffler, thanks for the tip.

  • There should have been a bracket in your kit, looks like a lop-sided number eight. I had to slightly modify the supplied clamp to work on my Service Bicycle Exhaust. These small motors vibrate quite a bit, so anything to help support extremities can prevent future issues with broken motor studs. Your Bicycle looks great!

  • Yes, I found what you are referring to. I was wondering what that was for during the installation and I put it aside. I will add the bracket on the bike to support the muffler.

  • @FriendlyHomeServices

ive had mine for like 8 months without that bracket. i dint even know about that!

ive even been offroad with it.

  • @FriendlyHomeServices I just welded me exhaust to the frame. There's a video on my channel.

  • Nice job done i like your mountain bike that was my second idea to do a mountain bike i like it thanks for sharing with us !

  • Nice! I'm curious, though, why is the fuel line going from the right side of the tank, to the left side of the bike, under the carb and then back around to the right side?

  • It was a modification I was forced to do when I found out the carburetor would not fit on the frame of the bicycle.

  • Hi this is well built and the movie also.Looks it was tight fix for the intake.Tumbs up

  • Thanks!

  • Nice bike! Good job on the idle, I've made 3 bikes, but none of them would idle that well. Next you've got to take your camera out on a ride.

  • I see your copper intake. Going steampunk are you? LOL

  • How do you like yours? Are you going to replace the blue tape with zip ties?

  • Yes, I'll probably replace the blue tape with a few zip ties.
