No it isn't. There's a similarity in the chorus which is entirely coincidental and which we only found out about a year or 2 after the song was recorded.

Hey! Awesome music. Meoldies ALWAYS pop up coincidently that may sound like other melodies. Any educated musician knows that we are all influenced by previous sources ( Bach by Pachabel/Buxtehude, Beethoven by Handel, Brahms, by Beethoven). Similar sounds will arise simply because that what creates a particular "style". AWESOME music you guys have, hands down. Makes me proud to say I am one of Celtic ancestory ( To HELL with the Romans! )

actually rome spread its language , religion, culture, and genetics all over the Western world LOL Its true that germanic tribes ( such as the Goths) assimilated into Roman culture, and then would even often re-settle all over European lands... so... all of Western Europe has MUCH Roman offspring, or roman influence...m sure manyu Germans are of Romnan descent yes...
