Vinny, is that a 10 foot Moken or a 12 foot? Also, how tall are you? I'm 6'4" and am trying to figure out if I'd fit in a 10 foot Moken....

@cvharrison That is a Moken 10 Angler, 35 1/2 beam, and can hold 400-440lbs. I'm 6' 280lbs and tested one out on a demo day. Don't recommend the Moken 12 if you are looking for stability.

@Brocksta1 Sure is...specks have such a weak mouth a light drag increases landing the fish without the hook tearing through. Off the beach, where there's no structure to cut you off, a light drag makes for fun sporty fishing.

Therr are lots of sit-on-top kayaks designed specifically for anglers. Hobie and Ocean Kayak are two popular makes. I paddle a FeelFree Moken.

@VinnyjojoFish i want to paddle in the surf to take out shark lines in corpus christi surfs.. then fish in the bay for reds drums trouts and other fish.. and have gear drinks and a way to paddle easy and maybe bring another person on .. 100 pound brother
