What are you using as your power supply? I like how you can change the Voltage. I'm stuck with a battery charger...:( Only 6 and 12 volt

Try Acetone in a very small amount to lower the S. tension

A) Acetone will evaporate almost immediately. B) I use acetone to break down and remove the urathane adhesive is use to assemble the electrolyzer.

Have you tried lowering the surface tension with acoustics? Maybe find a old ultrasonic cleaner and use that.

FYI all. Adding Calgon in any amount has a severely detrimental effect on gas production. Do not use.

Great work, thanks for the info too. bubbles on plate i would think about more then on top. vac on car will help get rid of that. i'm worried about mixing gases in you house. Take care
