I never understood why was Kaya people's favorite. She doesn't resemble Katniss physically in anything... I, for once, would've chosen Naomi Scott or someone who looked like a young Nina Dobrev... i'm happy with the entire cast but I wanted Katniss to be played by Kaya. shes supposed to be beautiful. I'm not saying Jennifer's not gorgeous but Kaya can be covered in dirt and still look stunning and anyone who has seen skins knows that. yes it never said in the books she was gorgeous but it is insinuated by the fact that all the boys at her school like her even though she isnt social with anyone. also katniss tough personality would've worked for kaya. katniss is all about hiding emotion
