One solution to all this is have cell phone companies track the rapid GPS location movement of text and phone calls. If the numbers match a driving customer then all messages would be disabled for a period of time.
I see other drivers do this all the time. A black lady in Palo Alto, Ca ran over and killed a six year old girl while walking across the street. I know about a female security guard in my previous job who hit a park car at the workplace because of this. She got fired. Just yesterday I see two women driving in my neighborhood looking at their phones.

That woman is just as selfish as people who drive drunk. In fact, texters are almost even more selfish than drunk drivers because they are completely sober and have all of their logic, yet they still decide to text and put everyone's life in danger. Idiots. People like her are the reason that I fear for my life every time I get in my car.
