@dillonmither Scanners, idk about countries but they are legal across the whole US. As far as radar detectors go, they are legal everywhere besides virginia, and washington DC. Military bases aswell. They are also illegal to use in commercial vehicles.

Radar detectors put out what is called "leakage" which is a frequency when they are turned on. There is only one radar detector that is 100% stealth & that is the Beltronics STI. All others will get you busted & a day in court.
