  • Recoil is about the same with the suppressor if not a little but better than the brake. This video shows a really good example of the difference in recoil with and without the suppressor.

  • what is the recoil like with the brake vs. the can? thinking about putting on on my ar-30 in 338 lm. i like the brake for the lack of recoil but scared i will gain some going to the suppressor.

  • i don't think anyone will here you firing this with that suppressor on it (sarcasm).

    great video BTW. thanks.

  • If you are considering a .338 suppressor I would put this one on the short list. It costs less than other options, is very well designed and built, and it is so quiet! The best part of all is cost, only slightly more expensive than the .308 phantom and every bit as well built. Of course I also threaded it to a 26 inch .308 just to see how it did there and it reduced the noise to a shockingly low level, and with the muzzle brake attachment and can it has less recoil than a .223 gas gun.

  • Already owning several YHM suppressors I keep a close eye on their new product releases. When I saw this hit the web site I ordered one right away, and just last week I finally got my class 3 stamp and paperwork back. June 19th was the first experience with this new suppressor mounted to a .338 EDGE rifle wearing a 28 inch Pac-Nor barrel. Unbelievable is all I have to say. No more noise than shooting a suppressed .223. Hits at 1450 yards showed no shift in impact. Simply awesome!
