  • Absolute terrible form and bouncing the weight= FAIL. Redo with proper form. NO BOUNCING THE WEIGHT! Who are you trying to fool here??

  • no offence to the guy or anything, but whenever i use the leg press machine, my legs are soooooo tired afterwards and i can't even walk. He's done two reps, which i also believe were not that proper, and he's come off the machine jumping up and down... why do it if you don't feel it in your legs afterwards??? Leg press is more for reps than weight.

  • @ckallander wheres your lift vid there brah?

  • @ckallander He couldnt even go down any further? Are you retarded?

  • @ckallander Those were actually full reps...

  • Matt kroczaleski would destroy you

  • @BulletspongeM3 he'd destroy you too whats your point?

  • @ckallander

    No. your an idiot.

  • Man these fucking 14-15 year olds that make these outrageous claims really need to post some videos to corroborate their claims, because I don't buy any of the shit these little fuckers type!

  • that's amazing. At what point though do you decide that lifting any more weight will be damaging to my knees and other joints?

  • not for nothing but I havent seen anyone besides coleman go as low as this guy at that weigth range..respect

  • ive worked out with dan and rob

    there unreal,

  • @ckallander i guess your a weight training coach i take it?

  • @ckallander ROFL

  • I dont give a retarded rodent's ass if he bounced it or not. I'd like to see everyone that complained about his "poor form" post a video of perfect form using only HALF that weight.... thumbs up.

  • awful, bounce a little more man?

  • im 14 and can do 590 (six 45lbs and a 25 lb each side)

    is that good? :)

  • @iPlay007 no

  • @xbatman1x haha, that was 2 months ago... i maxed out at 1200lbs. :)

  • the only guy ive seen leg press 2000 lbs correctly was ronnie coleman

  • I would like to see you do this will full range of motion and no bouncing.

  • at what point in the video did the baby come out

  • im surrrrrrrrre his squat is real impressive too.

  • Way to bounce the weight.

  • i do that weight at the bottom platform so its all on quads!! you used all your leg arse and hamstrings !!! and i dio it easy , dont get too excited and stay humble !! but welldone keep training hard!!

  • nice, im almost there up to 1500lbs, but how did you get 2000 on that machine, where i work out it has the exact same machine, and 1500 is more plates then can fit on it, i have to wedge some stuff here and there.

  • Nice work, I mean that was impressive BUT when you talked at the end where you said: ''2000 pounds baby'' that sounded gay man, feel sorry about that ;)

  • You're a tank! Nice full reps too. i love it! what gym is this at? KalKrieg seems like one of those guys that will say he can do that, but he is probably also the kind of guy that squats with seven hundred and barely bends his knees. Ha, this is how you do a legpress.

  • dude that is beast!!!!

  • dude, bullshitting aint fun, i might as well say i could leg press 650lbs when i was 9

  • i like dat sound effect AHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol super super nice leg lift doe

  • i guess thats the norm when your part viking part bear. MUST BE NICE lol

  • you cant push the weight up with your arms and be doing a leg press, that would be an arm AND leg press

  • @2PSAVAGE3,

If you'll look closely, he just had his hands "resting" on his knees. It's obviously he was not pushing with them.

I will say though that it would have been more impressive if he had brought the weight down, hesitated, and then pushed instead of using momentum. The power lifting contests we have in Ilinois requires you to hold weights in the down position (whether bench pressing or anything else) for a two count before pushing. That makes for a much more honest lift.

  • From about 2 inches above parallel to bottom its mostley your hip flexors.

  • To the guy who talked about doing squats butt to floor....that's stupid...sorry to be cruel...anything past parallell is putting WAY to much stress on your knees...if you plan on getting a knee replacement anyways, I guess go ahead...otherwise i'd advise against it.

  • Post some videos of those mentioned lifts. Seeing is believing. Didn't you write that you were 19 on your site? So is it 15 or 19?

  • he probably wanted to see locked videos...i mean the video that requires you to be an adult to watch specific videos. i did the same when i made my account...

  • @ThatDankGuy some days he is 15 and others 19, and others 45/fat/bald

  • @ThatDankGuy +1!! Post 'em up hero!!!

  • @ThatDankGuy lol brother "every" one who is 15 on youtube has outrageous numbers and claims but nvr want to post vids I mean at least be honest or say thats your goal weight. Kid probably is 15 but weighs 300 pounds suffering from childhood obesitiy this is in reference to (kaltikreig)

  • @ShootEncylopedia lol no doubt, bunch of internet hate going on! put up or shut up kiddies!

  • @ThatDankGuy HES FULL OF SHIT

  • @ThatDankGuy lol

  • @ThatDankGuy lol he only weighs 180lb of bullshit lol

  • your 15 and your fat...

  • @xXxKaltKriegxXx fagg i hate how ppl post comments and have no videos to pove it

  • @xXxKaltKriegxXx do you by chance happen to be the strongest 15 year old in the world!? because at that bodyweight you almost certainly are! video or bs

  • @xXxKaltKriegxXx yeah and I can fly

  • When you LIMIT the amount of weight you can use to your WEAKEST RANGE that is going to make the amount of weight you can use pretty low.

Leg presses deal mostly with the stronger part of a person's range and even when you go pretty deep its easier to deal with pressing it back up because of the greater comfort you experience while sitting in the leg press.

And you don't have to worry about balance with the leg press.

Going that deep on squats is asking for an injury. I'd advise against it.

  • the angle of the leg press is too low. You couldnt leg press 2000lbs on a "proper" leg press. You can come back and say that you can outlift me in any lift but that won't change the fact that you cant actually leg press 2000lbs. people say leg press is for girls so that leg press must be for babies.

  • Oh sorry forgot to say your a strong guy though

  • Rob wanted me to post his thoughts:

"With my two Guinness World Records (two person car push for distance in 24 hours) as my mark for strength I would challenge you to post your best lift and I'll destroy it."

  • @ThatDankGuy /watch?v=qn3NhNrhmkw&feature=related go ahead and beat that

  • Lol, nice job trying to belittle me "have you ever even used a leg press machine?"

I've been using them for years, not so much anymore though.

The point is, you seem extremely jealous, and if you don't care, why bother with the negative comment?

  • I'm defending him because you're a jealous little keyboard warrior, that obviously likes to put down his accomplishments.

You have absolutely NO videos, you're a kid, in your 20's, and couldn't do even half of this amount of weight.

It's just pathetic, why would you go bashing some other guy's comment, when you wouldn't say any of it to his face, or couldn't do it to yourself.

    Pointless.

  • Oops, typo, with a comment*

  • I don't really rate this very well as a lift. He uses SO much momentum in the motion to assist with the lift. It's strong, a good lift, but really is absolute wank. Leg press is a very poor representation of strength. Squats and Deadlifts are the ultimate demonstration of pure strength. Stuff like 1RM bench-press and 1RM leg-press really are a load of wank. Press for medium-level of reps or don't press at all. Waste of time.

  • You seem to be majorly jealous of this guy. Instead of whining like a little internet troll, it'd be decent to give his video a good rating, maybe say good job. But with you? No, you obviously can't stand to see anyone accomplish anything.

Post some videos of yourself doing a TWO THOUSAND POUND leg press, and I'll completely apologize, and won't mind your pathetic rants, and half wit attempt at insults towards this guy.

  • Some can debate this use of equipment but it's still 2,000 lbs. Ckallander is probably one of those guys who talks to the ladies in the gym instead of actually putting on some weight and working out. But you could be right, kcole939, he might be this huge monster of a guy who squats 605 lbs and deadlifts 640 lbs like me. Who knows?

  • I think he's a monster of a 12 year old, that's just jealous of major accomplishments, like leg pressing 2,000 pounds.

  • No actual strength required? Are you crazy? LOL.

You're acting as if he has some pully system rigged behind the weight, put yourself behind 2,000 pounds and see how well you do, that is a LOT of weight.

Notice it's always the young people, with no videos, that always LOVE to talk shit when someone accomplishes a major goal.

  • close to beat ronnie, or maybe not so close cuz he do 300lbs more and 8 reps, but anyway keep it up, nice lift man!! Great strength!!

  • nice dude

  • Thats strong brother, viking power as always

  • I don't think we should say that was 2000pounds. I think it'd be better to say 2 reps with 1 ton. Nice lift!

  • is it me or did u push ur legs back with the back of ur arms

  • AWESOME, i mean tht was fkin ridiculously gd, im lyk 15, academy prop rugby player nd can only do 250+ lol, not really sure wat it is after 250, depends how much the girl weighed sitting on it lolls
