im thinking about useing the logitech extreme 3d pro for BF3 for choppas, i read the stick is inverted for yaw and pitch in jets and cannot be changed(source was back in october). do you have this problem? also can you or do you ahve a vid for the choppa config :) ty in advance!

@zakor33 I think the inverted bug was only in beta.

And I use mouse and keyboard with helis, so I don't have joystick configs for those.

@BFSepalusAuki ahh its because i find it near impossable to control heli with K+M plus i cant remember how to control the tail movment left n right :P so im seriously thinking about getting the 3d pro

Have you had any problems with your mouse/keyboard not working properly with the joystick plugged in? I was setting mine up today when I noticed that I could not sprint and always firing with slider was up and I was on foot.

@zeke009x yep same happened to me, solution: erase everything in the setting On foot / joystick tab (have to hold Esc)

btw, if you use app from logitech website, values are not diffrent. But POV not working for me on default settings, i will try today to bind like this ;)

@Blubber169 The config file contains lots of all kinds of settings so it's not that simple. You would have to re-check your audio, video and other control settings and it could cost you more time.

That's why I am not going upload my config files.

Question, I have a 3d pro coming in the mail (so obviously can't try it myself yet) and I was wondering if you use a chopper and if the config would be the same?

@bill16504 I fly chopper with mouse and keyboard. I see no problem in using the same buttons with jet and heli.

Did you also change anything in logitech profiler? like axis sensitivity, dead zone, stuff like that? Also does Y up means pushing the handle backwards?

@SkinnyQ1 I don't use the profiler. Y up means pushing the handle forward.

You can have Y up and Y down the other way if it feels more natural for you.

@AtheistGeek Ignore that. I managed to assign X axis by reverting to defaults. Probably a glitch in the game. Yet to make POV and Freelook work... :(

@AtheistGeek You need to hold down "Freelook (hold)" -button and then use the POV switches to look at different directions. I am not sure but you could possibly use X- and Y- axises instead of the POV switches.
