  • for less I could buy a lotus

  • @polskaRed A lotus isnt electric powered

  • Please make this thing more affordable?

  • There is a picture of a Tesla with a license-plate reading "LOL OIL"

  • 0:40.......Not really in fun.......Manual > Automatic

  • I wouldn't drive it, to me it's more dangerous than a regular car. You wont know how fast you're going because there's no sound.

  • @jimmykudo23 wouldn't you just want to look at your speedometer...............

  • @jimmykudo23 No sound??? You can't be serious with that statement. Are you telling me when you have the stereo blasting you can't tell how fast your going?? lol

  • @jimmykudo23

are you kidding you cant tell how fast your going, what did you start driving yesterday....

  • I don't like the way the future is going. People are screwing with genes, and creating hybrids and mutations, and now this. What's the fun of a car if it doesn't roar.

  • @jimmykudo23 Have you driven it? It's plenty fun but it's not for everyone I guess.

  • @jimmykudo23 I don't think anyone is going to take away the muscle cars. I still have my '65 Malibu. I like the new choices and innovation.

  • i dont know... if i drive a car that looks like that i want it to sound like a lion and not a domestic kitty kit... but if i had money i'd still buy it. ;D

  • @idkyoo Why not build your own :)

Do a search on "White Zombie", it is a home built EV and it now runs 10.4sec 1/4mile at 120mph :)

They are not that hard to DIY for any home handyman or electronics tinkerer, just a little research first on what is required. Then go for it.

You could build your own DIY EV to be as fast as a Tesla for well under a 3rd of the cost if you planned it out properly :)

  • @idkyoo If you get the chance, test drive one. It's feels like a jet and puts your head back in the seat. It's direct power with no curve.

  • Doesn't look like a ferrari or porsche, looks like a Lotus, petrol engines esp

modern multiair put out less co% than coal burning battery cars, they don't sound

like a ferrari or porsche and in the land of petrolheads ie europe that means a lot.

  • @alfistii1 : just open your windows while you stacking in a busy traffic situation...

less co/nox means more less size atomic elements which kills several peoples because it cant be mixed with the dust (which was good with older diesels to prevent to breath in those toxic elements)...

It cant be a question that EV should be the future.

  • @alfistii1 coal burning is being replaced by wind and solar. I work in the industry and the transition is in it's genesis stage. The energy potential is phenomenal. It's mainly political power being controlled by the oil companies who do not want this to happen.

  • Love this car. If we had $42000 in rebates here in Nova Scotia, I would own it.

  • Absolutely wonderful!

  • I was just in the Boulder Tesla Dealer today! my dad might get one!

  • I'm strangely attracted to the woman in this video.

  • @creative36 she's cute?

  • I want one!

  • And is also more expensive per mile: Chevrolet Corvette C6 ZR1 Cost: $109,130.00 EPA Est. 252 miles/tank (economy) Cost per tank: $2.60 x 18 = $46.80 Cost per mile: 18.5c Tesla Roadster Cost: $101,500.00 Est. 244miles/charge (economy) Cost per charge: $0.10 x 53kWh = $5.30 Cost per mile: 2c
  • @unnefer1978

So I understand this correctly. You are saying it cost 2 cents a mile?

  • @41point2 If the Tesla does 244miles on a single gas tank, and it costs $5.30 to charge the Tesla from flat to full, then yes, it will only cost 2 cents a mile in the Tesla.

    Maths:

$5.30 divided by 244miles per tank

    = $0.02 per mile

    :)

  • @unnefer1978 Obviously the use of "gas tank" is for reference only, the Tesla doesn;t have a "gas tank", it has a battery pack instead :)

  • @unnefer1978 Never such figures were so clearifing.

  • @unnefer1978 not to mention the maintenance that goes hand-in-hang with internal combustion engines, such as oils changes etc...

  • way to expensive. way our economy is going. who can afford it. rich get richer and the poor get even more poor.

  • She needs to color her hair.

  • y is a woman driveing it

  • Comment removed

  • This girl is pretty cute for having gray hair... like... damn. AND she's into cars. Crazy...

  • it looks kinda like a lotus (the back) are they related in any way? either way its a nice car 100,000$ for a car that is 100% electric and fast and good looking.

  • I hope nobody will buy a Tesla, then they'll finish to produce stupid electric cars

  • tesla is good 100% electric is smart no more need to waste lots of gas money on cars.

  • Yes but there won't be no more supercars and we won't able to hear V10 and V12!

  • there will still be supercars that are electric but the sound with be gone all you have to do is have a nice sound system with a program running that makes noise depending on how fast your are going and accelertating :) if thats really the case then I am sure supercars will still be made with gas but really I dont care if that maserati mc12 is gas or electric its awesome.

  • You don'tcare because you are not a fan of REAL engine and electric! It's simple to install a sound system but this will be the end of years and years of progress. The fan of supercars will ever hear real engines work not electrical ones...

  • What brand is this car made from?

  • I know this is extreme...but I THINK I WANT FIVE!!!

  • I want four and a half!

  • I want four!!!!

  • eco friendly car that does 0-60 in 4 sec who doesn't want it?

  • I don't want it for 2 raisons: 1) top speed is only 120mph (200km/h) 2) there is not the tipycal sound of V8's or V12's. For tht I'll never buy it.

  • I'd gladly take this car in exchange for two raisins...

  • Yeah well you can continue to buy gas for 5 dollars per gallon if you want for 10 more years, I don't give a damn. But I will not, I will produce my own electricity in my backyard and use it for my electric car.

  • @Nichen 5 bucks a gallon, that's nothing, check out what happens when the US dollar collapses in the next decade, the oil producers won't be selling in US anymore and the NUSP (new US peso) will make combustion car ownership strictly for the super rich. Pure EV is the way to go, this car will be cheaper to run in ten years time than it is now, as the price of solar and home generation goes down, and petrol goes sky high.

  • @DaFinestx ; electricity comes from burning Coal, that puts out tons of CO%, its

not very eco friendly in the real world is it.

also carry a few passangers, radio, aircon, electric wash wiper if it rains, and watch that range plummet, more power neeeded more coal burned, how is that eco friendly, it isn't .

  • @alfistii1

Ok so in your argument gasoline is more eco-friendly right? And how you gonna troll my shit from 8 months ago?

  • @DaFinestx correction :p 3.7 seconds for the roadster sport, and 3.9 for the regular roadster.(:

  • I want one!!!!

  • i want two!!

  • I want three!!!
