@MHijikata knopfler and illsley still collaborated on a few concerts and albums after the straits disbanded. i did a bit of research and found that yes, it is glenn worf in the video, my bad. but the two sure do look alike :-)

Not my favorite Straits tune, but I thought this version was pretty good. This song for me just didn't seem to fit in with the rest of the set...and the audience was way too quiet and still. I would have given my right arm to be in that crowd, and they wouldn't have been able to keep me in my seat. My favorite performance of MFN came a year later at the Concert for Montserrat. Never get tired of watching that. Thanks for putting this up!
