@haloaddict73 Yeah it does suck that its automatic. But i have a 2004 tib and its automatic, and with the triptonic it really adds some speed and knocks off some time from your 0-60. It's still an awesome, fast car. I've beat a many of manuals before and I'm pretty much stock right now;)

I have an 03 Tiburon GT, We have the same Subs haha. I really like your car though, its clean! Your LED turn signals, are those the Switchback ones that are like 100 dollars ea? I'm curious cause I have HID's and I did the 03-04 Clear corner mod but amber bulbs just don't go with 10000k HIDs very well :p

Hey, im 16, and looking into my first car. i want a sporty nice looking car. ive moved away from the muscle look, and am more into the exotic "Aston Martin" look. Ive been looking at an Rx8, and a Tiburon. the Rx8 has a rotary engine, which Ive heard good and bad about. and the look of it is very unique. The Tiburon (you probably know more than i do) gt has a v6, but Ive always heard that Hyundai is a shit car company. do you recommend it? Have you had any reliability issues with it?

Is all your interior lighting hooked up to one switch? and where do you draw the power for it? How did you wire your fogs to run independently from the headlights? Some radio headunits have hidden menus where you can bypass the parking brake, at least mine did. Btw dud I love how you have your speedo and tacho on the radio headunit, is that something that you can plug into any headunit with a screen?

@Vangastl One switch, yes. Power from the battery. i used a relay for the Fogs. I bypassed the e-Brake. Easy. the Speedo and tach come on lots of GPS headunits/

I just tapes off the headlight pod AFTER i took it off the car. Then i sprayed the Headlight in a Dust-Free environment. About 5-6 coats got i nice and smooth and shiny.NO CLEAR-COAT. It'll f*ck up the color. Let dry for at least 5 hours. Then you're good.

I bought mine for $12,000 with 31,000 mile on it. AND it still had a Warranty.

@YaSuckmypeckerhead Thanks bro. I got the LED strips from Oznium. Really Cheap. I took the headlight Pod out and mounted then under the headlight. Then wired then to the Side-marker lights so they turn on with my Running lights. Easy.Simple.

Also, i installed the head-unit myself. I did my entire system alone. Screw paying some dumbass at Bestbuy to do it. It's easy.

Beautiful ride, Im hoping to get myself an '08 after I graduate and get a good payin jerb. I had a dark blue one for a short while as a rental, LOVED and missed the car. Are there any under the hood modifications? I dont have any audio at the moment to truely listen. :P

being a hyundai not that i know to much about them except they make ok 4WD vehcles, how reliable is this car and how is the build quality, i only trust the japanese nissans, honda's etc and eurpean audi, bmW ETC, this car looks awesome fitting some large slotted brakes would look awesome and give it a expensive look but i hear the v6 2.6 is only 180 hp thats a fail for a v6.

@srbija08 1st yes, they look awesome. Easy to play with and Mod.

The NEWER 07/08's are Much more reliable then the older ones. like the 03/04 Clutch issue. They all have issues but if you can find one cheap, go for it.

2nd. it's a 2.7 and and yeah, 180~ but that's what makes it fun to play with. All you need is some slight N/A mods like headers, exhaust, intake, and some other small engine parts and you can pretty much smoke most low-end River P.O.S cars.

@FishermansDick The ECU remembers how well you drive. I.E FLOORING IT or gently accelerating. then it calculates how many miles you get to the Gallon for the Range meter. If you drive nice and calm and only make short trips, the computer will think you get MORE per gallon. so your Range goes up.

i sanded it down with 300Fine-gritt sandpaper, used Self-etching primer. Waited a full day for it to dry. Then did VERY LIGHT White Coats every 30 minutes until it was covered. Waited ANOTHER day. Then went over with about 5 Clear-Coats about 15 minutes apart....let it set for another day...

I modifidied it using the Plastic Adapater it came with to Slide down when you push on it so i could still shit with an Automatic..
