Its kind of cool if you do keep it. You just get white hair and your eyes glow red. but you can just dye your hair black with moonlight night dye so it looks like you only have red eyes. I did it for one of my evil characters and then i just sacrificed like 10 people to the temple of shadows so it negated the affects of the +50 Good points.
