It's so refreshing being a girl. Somehow it makes both Yukari and Junpei really likable, which is something I wasn't expecting.

During my first playthrough I found out when I can start Yukari's S.Link so I started out with Yuko and I kinda screwed up and wasn't progressing fast enough with her so I ended up two-timing her and Yukari while she was still at Lv.8 and I never got a Reverse S.Link from her, I think it's because I didn't just LEAVE her, I kept switching between the two haha.

All are good since it lets you make the best persona for that type.. if you mean in terms of looks, I got no idea.

In terms of monetary value? From best to worst: Key, Headphones, Strap.

In terms of Sentimental Value? From best to worst: Strap(come on, her dead dad gave her it.), and the other two are equal. The key was Mitsuru's way of running from her past. Giving it to MC was a way of showing that she's not running anymore. And Fuuka personally made the headphones. So it's hard to pick between those two.
