I can assure you all, the Crown Heights riots weren't about anti-semitism. It was about a hoard of fatherless, angry teenagers and unemployed (possibly drug-addicted) adults who just wanted to get mad and saw the Hassidic Jews as an easy target. If Arabs lived in the neighborhood and not the Jews, then the Arabs would've been the target.
The rioters weren't soldiers, teachers, or factory workers (like the NYC hardhat riot in the 1970's).
