Same chassis as the SS3900, EPT360014B, electronicaly identical to the uniden PB010AB chassis used in the last mk2 cobra 148 gtl-dx after rci ( ranger communications inc) bought the chassis rights from uniden after they fell out with cobra/dynascan.
