Hey there! Have you ever tried intellectus 424 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some great things about it and my father lost a lot of weight with it.
I get so tired of all the blah, blah. I wish that people who advertise a recipe would just get to the point instead of telling the listener (who actually looked for a raw recipe; the type who doesn't need to know the benefits because they already know!) how they got into it or how good it is for you or what they ate yesterday or what they did that particular morning and etc... BTW, I love Ani; her videos get to the point always...
durian is nice, but the pungent smell gives me a headache however, its edible enough for me. no clue why all the westerners are so afraid of it. pretty hilarious come to think of it. laughing stock hm..
Raw foodism seems to be like a religion...I now see why raw foods are the best and only way to go...I didn't realize how yummy raw foods are, until I tried it...My favourite so far are raw pizzas...I still use a baked whole wheat dough, but still, it feels so good having all raw cheese and toppings...I still bake my puddings and cakes, with organic ingredients of course, but, I need to try my hand at making a raw dessert...I'm not fully raw yet, but I'm getting there..Thanks for the great video.
I see why Andrew Zimmern would think raw food is bizarre because he himself is not a healthy person! Durian is sooooo yummy! I believe because of his 'diet' his tastes must be off. Very sad!
Ani is great!! Her recipes always look sooo yummy!! Can't wait to try them out! Wish I knew where to find her chocolate kit.
i hate exercise at a gym, but i like to rollerskate/iceskate, play tennis and swim. i rollerskate/iceskate at a rink 2 times a week for 3 hours (GREAT cardio and leg/butt workout), play tennis once a week about 2-4 hours (cardio and upper body), and i swim whenever possible and as long as possible all summer long (works nearly every muscle). i like these activities because it doesn't feel like i am working out, just having fun with my friends.
30 minutes a day minimum, whatever sounds fun in the moment. Yoga, bike ride, run, dance, cardio on a machine, strength moves in my living room, bouldering, slacklining, walking in a park, hiking, standing on my head...anything to get moving and make it FUN. ;)
Exercise - could be anything but average 2-hours 6 days a week - currently training for the Boston Marathon with boot camp classes, Tae Bo, yoga, & total body strength training, but for years was into MMA - taekwondo (used to fight), Brazilian submission jiu-jitsu, boxing, kickboxing, muay thai, krav maga, tai chi, kung fu, kali sticks, karate - and dancing - salsa, stepping, hip-hop, breakdancing, house, tango - before all that, volleyball and gymnastics - I sit all day at work so got to move!
exercise? well let's see..... i am about to start a pilates class twice a week.. also i horseback ride about once a week; i'd ride every day if i could but the lessons are expensive. it's a secretly fun way to work a LOT of your muscles, if you can afford it

A good dessert doesn't exceed 40 grams of sugar and 7 percent of your fat intake for the day. Ani's food is very fatty in general.

durian is not bizarre! it's a context food, though. i didn't like until the third try. then i became addicted to it's flavor.
as i like to say: everyone likes durian, they just don't know it yet!

Today I spent 2 hours pruning a rose bush. Anyone in Georgia want a Cherokee Rose Bush?
