@MultiChidoriRasengan hahaa no! His father was an inuzuka member too, they show his father in one of the latest manga. You can definetly tell the resemblance of course.
@harringtonkaylee97 542 pages 12 and 16, it could be just another Inuzuka, but if you look at his features since Kishimoto keeps parental and child distinction similar, it could be his father. Especially if you compare the eyes, but then again, I could be wrong completely.

It could possibly be his Dad! or at least some other clan member! because supposedly, they are all dead/missing now(except for Kiba, Tsume and Hana) My theory is that the rest of the clan was wiped out during the Nine-tail's attack on Konoha. And Kiba's father fled a few years after.
Thanks for mentioning the chapter to me, because this one 5 second explanation from Kiba wasnt detailed enough to figure out what truly happened to this guy.

3 Uchihas left, 3 Inuzukas left, but the Uchihas get 95% of the attention by Kishi.
It angers me that the Inuzukas are ignored cuz could have such a great story behind them.

Kiba and all the other squad characters are only side characters. So I see how they wouldn't pay much attention to the characters in that way. Because it has no effect on the story.
