Maybe you could use a pair of screws instead, one for each hole. Just find a pair that fits the hole's diameter

4get about it its nothing , just try ab coaster or ab flyer and ull see the results in 1 week not few weeks but u've to know how and when to use them

I had a question , i bought the ab king pro but when i use it more then one minute my back begins to hurt!! Is that normal or am the only one with that probleme???

that probably means you're curving your back while you're using it. try to keep youre back straight the whole time to make sure you're using your abs to pull you up instead of your back muscles.
