@melodykniss maybe he wants to use a real person? There are a ton of videos from other MUAs with makeup done on models, and on those videos people COMPLAIN about the model being too pretty. No one can please everybody.

Are you kidding me? I watched those hair and makeup videos before this one and thought the model was absolutely gorgeous. It's a shame people are so judgmental. It's really easy to judge a person when you aren't saying it to their face. Not to mention when you don't even know what that person has done in their life. I just really get crazy about people that put others down. I've never understood why they do it.
I just recently found your videos. I just love them. This just tells me I have been so right about you. You are such a wonderful person. What originally caught my attention was wow so much knowledge. Then how wonderful you are inside. Personally the model looked "real" to me. Why should she have been glamorous? I think she represented the average American. p.s. anyone ever tell you that you look and sound like Nolan from Blush.

This is so true. People are brainwashed about beauty...I can't get over it! Every time I've told people, "Make-up doesn't make people beautiful, it's their confidence and spirit," they all act like I'm nuts!
So I've come to a point in my life where I realize that these sad people are not important to me, especially the faceless ones on the internet. If you waste your time being catty, it just shows your poor character.
In short, both you and your model are wonderful, and people are stupid. :P
I've watched your videos for a year now, and somehow I missed this whole thing. I'm glad that a couple of jealous & mean-spirited people didn't stop you from doing what you're doing, because we love you and other people you've introduced us to.
And when people make rude, mean comments, it's usually just because they're jealous.
I think you're a great person, and I love the way you think. The world would be a better place if everyone had the ability to see that everyone is beautiful, and didn't focus on everything negative. I don't know you, but from watching this video I can tell you're a sincere, and caring person. =)

I have to confese that I left a rude comment about the model on that video and after hearing you I have to apologize to U and to the model!!! I know every human being is beatiful in some way and sometimes beatifull people are very ugly in the inside and thats even worse. So Koren I am so very sorry for that comment I left....

I'm so sorry that you were hurt by ugly people. It's a shame that people have to behave that way. I don't think tho that telling them to watch what they comment does any good because they just have bad hearts to begin with. You should just block everyone that writes ugly comments. I think that youtube should be making more of an effort to monitor comment abuse.
Whenever someone leaves a rude, unpleasant, or offensive comment you should just delete them because you are amazing and dont deserve that at all! x

I have noticed a few responses that were rude, cruel and hurtful. They are bullies that troll the internet and cut down others in order to feel better about themselves. How pathetic they are. I hope either you or someone would help me with this..OK my problem i love my shadows with glitter in them but the glitter just doesnt stay on I tried Putting a cream shadow underneath so it has something to hold on to but just not working for me put primer also nothing seems to work that last ..pls help koren !!

Really beauty is relative. Alot of models I think are not beautiful. Pretty funny, once one of the major mags had all the hottest models next to each other on the cover. They looked all exactly THE SAME! not one was distinctive. So just be nice and remember that we're all beautiful!
I am a make-up newbie and I find your videos very helpful. I believe that people can be very nasty when they aren't happy with themselves. Consider yourself like a showbiz personality with fans and non-fans. Can't please everyone.

You're absolutly right. The worst weapon that it exist is the tongue if we don't been connected with the brain. But the model should know that as a public figure, is subject to positive and negative comments, since their work is to show their physical appearance. That the beauty is a subjective thing and in America exist the freedom speech, but remember "Don't do unto others as you wouldn't want to you"

When people can say things anonymously, they feel they can be rude and hurtful because they think there are no consequences. But the person they really hurt is themselves, by their own negativity. You're right, beauty is in everyone. And nobody deserves to be called ugly. You're a good person, you love what you do, and it shows. And you give that to others. Good things come back to good people.
I'm so sorry the model and yourself were subjected to the cruelty of rude, small minded people. 1rst, I think too many people expect the opposite sex to look like the air brushed models in magazines. In actuality, these people don't/can't exist. Also, I think it's all too easy for rude/ snarky people to stand on a soapbox and type mean things (from the safety of their keyboard) that they don't have the balls to say in person. I have noticed a few responses that were rude, cruel and hurtful. They are bullies that troll the internet and cut down others in order to feel better about themselves. How pathetic they are. You are a jem to us and the makeup world!

I hope either you or someone would help me with this..OK my problem i love my shadows with glitter in them but the glitter just doesnt stay on I tried Putting a cream shadow underneath so it has something to hold on to but just not working for me put primer also nothing seems to work that last ..pls help koren !!

Really beauty is relative. Alot of models I think are not beautiful. Pretty funny, once one of the major mags had all the hottest models next to each other on the cover. They looked all exactly THE SAME! not one was distinctive. So just be nice and remember that we're all beautiful!

When people can say things anonymously, they feel they can be rude and hurtful because they think there are no consequences. But the person they really hurt is themselves, by their own negativity. You're right, beauty is in everyone. And nobody deserves to be called ugly. You're a good person, you love what you do, and it shows. And you give that to others. I'm so sorry the model and yourself were subjected to the cruelty of rude, small minded people. 1rst, I think too many people expect the opposite sex to look like the air brushed models in magazines. In actuality, these people don't/can't exist. yes I seen a girl that recorded a reaction watching your vid and it was so rude and hurtful so I told her off on a comment because it made me sick you are a sweet girl and Im so glad you keep your head up and look at all your subs you have thats great keep up good work.

that woman was fine and like you said society has us trained or brainwashed to think you have to be a cindy crawford or whatever and like you said what about everyone else. Like you said your self confidence is what matters and thats what should matter.

Koren your a beautiful person for saying all this and so right glad to here this. Yes everyone has great features and god made us all beautiful and ppl that make those ugly comments are lacking security in themselves to have to stoop that low.
