This could be fabric interfacing too but that is usually a little thicker than this looks on camera. Let us know if you try it.

I remember seeing a vid about printing on fabric on YouTube. I'll try to find it for you. And if all else fails grab some thin cheap organza and give it a try

I think the heart is a "stud" maybe"? If so it's similar to a brad but used on clothing and once fastened it's permanent. I just loved the cherub!! The hat and the glittered sarong just made that card. I bet that floral print was a dryer sheet run thru an color ink jet computer printer
