Hey, Tuan, I thought controlling the eccentric of a deadlift and not letting yourself "reset" by more or less dropping the weight, is bad, but Jack (who is a beast) controlled the eccentric.
Tuấn, I did 50 reps of 135lbs for dead lift last night with this "300 workout" and I feel like my form resembled yours but this morning I woke up and my lower back is extremely sore. It doesn't feel like bad sore like I pinched a nerve or pulled anything, I was just wondering if this is a normal thing to expect when dead lifting. Thanks!
@thomas3718 thats because you build alot of lactic acid if you do high reps. IF you do deadlifts for 10 to 12 reps it wont be that sore. + 300 workout is good and effective but quite sucks in the long run , cuz you're doing too high reps .
