its about someone who was famous and a star in the past but now they are not anymore.

they dont appear into the central pages of magazines anymore (famous people usually get an article about them in the 2 cantral pages of a magazine, which are the most important ones). despite this, the voice of the song (the subject) accepts ("be mine") the "fallen star" (the person who isnt famous anymore) and refuses to let him/her "die".
