Every time I listen to this rendition of "God Save The Tsar" I am swept up into another world! Russia's history - its pain and sorrows, its greatness and goodness - seems caught in the voices and instruments of this recording. It stirs me more than the current anthem, which is also stirs the heart and touches the soul.  God bless the people of Mother Russia!
