i could be way off, but if you go to about 3 minutes in this video it appears that the Nikon has a Canon 580 EX Speedlite attached. First the regular use of the Nikon strap on Canon bodies, so this comes as no surprise, does anyone else see this?

Spend your money on great glass not an ultra expensive body - until you really need something to knock nails in to wood with! The earlier D2 cameras are now out preformed by even the cheapest modern Nikon DSLR. This is going to happen with the current King of the Hill D3 series just as much = don't waste your money!

@jeddr1 1D Mark IV max burst rate is 11fps, Nikon D3S is 10fps. Slightly higher megapixel count on the Canon, but the fewer megapixels of the Nikon gives better ISO performance. As for AF, Canon has more cross type AF points, but Nikon has 6 more AF points(not cross types though). D3S is a full frame, 1DmkIV is an APS-H DSLR. Both cameras have their weaknesses and strengths.
