Phill, Reagan cut taxes as an incentive for job growth. Two years passed since, unemployment worsens, the stock market tanks even more, Reagan shit's his pants. Along come's the democratic congress to force Reagan to start investing and.......voila! Job growth. Then Reagan starts cutting drug rehab programs which were crippling drug cartels by lowering demand.
