  • I posted the above comment 8 months ago due to a bad experience. Heartland saw the comment and just got in contact with me to resolve the problem. THEY DID!! Now I am just waiting for the creator of this site to delete my past comment. I now recommend Heartland to anyone using credit card processing.

  • Heartland does not stand behind its customers or their machines. I was given a machine that reads IP transactions when I have a dial up. The machine charged my customers 5 to 10 times. One customer had NSF fees as a result. HEARTLANDS RESPONSE WAS it was not their responsibility!! Not a company I want to be associated with!!

  • Go HPS... MBOR is rewriting the playbook on a broken industry!
