Jury trial for a alleged white collor crime by Mr.Black is flawed (Period)

Book keeping,money laundering,Stock trades,Corporate Annual General Meetings,Business transactions,Change of business ownership are too complicated for the commoner on the street to decide. Jury can well work on certain types of street crime,It has no wisdom in highly technical infractions,if any alleged to have been done by Mr.Black under bleak LAWS practiced in Chicago Court.

Furthermore, since when did the US 'justice system' have jurisdiction to enforce and punish against the 'violation' of a Canadian (Ontario) court order--i.e. the obstruction of justice charge. I suspect that on appeal this charge, the charge which carries the bulk of the jail time associated with the 6 1/2 sentence, will be the first to get dropped.

While the 'free' press is now crowing (like Monday morning quarterbacks), stating Black should have done 'this' or 'that', if what you say DOES happen, there will probably be some major incident at the beginning of March (i.e., Bush declares war on Iran) to hide the fact that Black's conviction; reported on page 8 of the business news section, has been quashed.

Can somebody tell me please -- why do the US authorities give such a generous grace period to these 'fat cat' corporate thieves -- instead of just sending them straight to jail? Because if that had been you or I up in front of that judge on similar (or much lesser charges), we'd have had are asses hauled off to jail immediately!
