Use murad acne complex i swear by it....use the spot treatment for sure...i found if i use the face wash, then rubbing alcohol, the astringent stuff, lotion, then spot treatment it helps...im on accutane now but thats what helped before :)

bottled water is the best! I wanted to start drinking water more to and anytime I was wanted a drink I got a bottle and drank the whole thing (not at once) I got really good at it to the point I was drinking about 6 bottles a day!

Fill a liter of water in the morning and one in the afternoon, so you get at least 64 oz of water. The facial wipes really help at night leave them and moisturizer (be sure its formulated for combination skin) on the night stand and right before going to bed just wipe your face.

Sam a really good way to drink more water is to keep your water bottle with you at all times, so if you go somewhere or even if you're home but in a different room (than the kitchen where the water usually is) take it with you, it helps me, I think it has to do with seeing it there, you're more likely to reach for it. :)

I just wanted to thank you for recommending the double wear foundation. It has seriously changed my life.
