dude...the only reason why people are scared of this game is because back in the 80's or 90's they just started a rumor and told everyone that it made kids have horrifying nightmares, amnesia, and a bunch of this other stuff. @Nexures It doesn't have the same effects out of the cabinet, unless you're prone to seizures. :P Apparently, from what I've found on old arcade machines, they would put lights and stuff right behind the screen (which was set back) to enhance the effects. o.o So, if the whole Polybius rumor is true, and all the hype about people randomly having all these, like, seizures and attacks and whatever, it was probably just a failed attempt at a new way to make cabinets.

this is not the real polybius, not even similar, in the real polybius the ship was in the center area of the screen and the screen turned around you, the ship was just a simple triangle and it had mazes u had to fly by killing stuff flying at you from all directions, the maze turning around all the time had you totally concentrated on what you were doing, it had pretty advanced graphics compared to all the other games of his time, that's why it was so popular

de vez en cuando aparecen poligonos con numeros, si uno de estos coincide con algun numero de los que estan el los poligonos que estan girando en el centro, le das y se quita ese numero, y tienes que llegar a cero, no se si me explique bien, y creo que no ganas, en teoria, pierdes la memoria antes de eso o empiezas a echar espuma por la boca jajajaja
