That was actually me. I wasn't filming on this occasion. And as for the location - the train shot in Akron was taken where the Bus Terminal now is. (At the end of Bartges Street).
I know this! I was alive as they tore the remnants of the McCoy Street yard out. The light tower for the yard stood where the bus terminal is now, for the longest time. :)
Didn't know they still used tie cars. (1st car of 1st train)
