um no. milk fat will not kill you. If that asinine statement was true, no mammal on earth would be alive including you. In fact, baby mammals that drink milk (and milk fat) such as dogs have pretty incredible body compositions.
Drinking anything hot before or after meal is great not just tea or coffee and so on for the rest of the day...even just drinking warm water. Specially after meals...coz the fast and oil taken in by the lunch n dinner...washed away by the warm water and not clogs up the vital arthtries and couse heart attack.

Everyone i know that drinks coffee everyday and mostly coffee.. have problems with their intestines.
I only drink water.. sometimes i drink a glas of lemonade but thats all.
I actually drink almost 3 liters of water a day.
