Sacramones performance was terrible during the olympics and was the reason why Team USA lost. With that kind of performance and still made it to the national team, I wonder how many coaches did she have to sleep with in order to get the spot. Her ass is so fat, I think her ass is at least 20 pounds extra compared to her teammates. That was why she brought down Team USA. i agree 100 percent with you on that one. it was not all her. i actually just looked at the scores from that day. and we were in the lead until floor. and all three of our girls messed up during floor resulting in the chinese being in the lead by two points. if all of our girls had done almost flawless floor excerises(no falls or out of bounds) we probably would have won.

The bottom line is the chinese CHEATED!! The crooked judges were conveniently very leniant when penalizing the chinese infants, and disgracefully generous to them. On the flip side, our scores were ALWAYS LOWER than they should have been, and when our ladies made slight mistakes, the scores were way to harsh. China should be forever BANNED for not only allowing those 8 year old gymnastic slaves to compete, but also for blatantly cheating!

whiners - since when does someone being TOO YOUNG give them an advantage? Its not like that 16 year old pitcher in the little league world series who was facing 13 year old kids. Actually, in Gymnastics it is an advantage. They don't have a complete bone structure yet, and they are far more flexible due to the extra cartilage in their spine.

the only reason she fell on the balance beam is that she was so ready to go when her name was called and then they made her wait for like 15 minutes so she lost her concentration... its all a conspiracy and the chinese are going to get fucked with them putting in like 14 yr. old girls and we are going to get the gold that we deserve

exactly...there is no way that half of the chinese team was even 16...maybe if you combined all their ages it would add up to 16.but by no means did they deserve to have the underage girls compete...cheating in their own country...it's kinda disappointing that it's the only way they could win is by cheating.

We (USA) lost by 2.35 points, and alicia fell on balance beam (0.8 deduction) and fell and stepped out of bounds on the floor exercise (0.8 for the fall and 0.1 for out of bounds). That equals 1.7 points. We still would have lost even if she had been perfect. It wasn't her fault.

Besides she's hot. Cut her some slack.

I do agree that people should not blame this girl since they lost by more than her mistakes so people blaming her are silly. Typical American mentality though- just blame a person instead of accept the other people were superior.

okay .8 for the fall on beam plus about .1 or .2 for that terrible wobble before she fell, Nastia's .3 for that side somi wobble. Alicia's fall on floor .8, her step out.1 plus Nastia's and shawn's steps .2 that equals 2.5. Elfi and Tim were actually right. The US needed to be perfect to win and THEY not just Alicia were anything but that. rjml29 they are just saying WE as in our country that we live in as in the team that we cheer for lost by 2.35 I don't know why your getting so annoyed.
