Why do people talk about your getting the phone Unlock? And on here he's talking about the phone being Locked. I know that the phone can be Locked & Unlocked but I still don't get it the point.

HTC Touch Diamond 2 & Pro 2.. should be available to select carriers (those who already have HTC Phones) in october ..... meanwhile i have the HTC Touch Diamond 1 ... very nice phone.... but Opera Browser is not html or flash... GET "SKYFIRE" its the real deal... best mobile browser !! just like your computer...does it all.. All HTC has said is for Europe and Asia its out Q2 2009 and globally later on in the year. So basically in the US your looking late 2009. Also no guarantee that a carrier will pick it up soon so you'll most likely have to buy it unlocked which will cost alot.
