Sorry for the late reply but not getting any email notifications I just noticed (and corrected). Thanks for the really kind words and really glad you liked it. I knew one person in one of the buildings but they are alive today. This paint\project was a very emotional work. I broke down a few times just being overwhelmed with all the names. It really made me see it all much deeper and also in doing it I memorized several hundred names. Each time I fly it, I try a couple more.

I told my teacher about it and she agrees that it would be good to have. But I am very confused. What do I need to get it to run on FSX and does it cost money? All the info is in the description but to summarize, it is a payware aircraft unfortunately. It's the only one I ever seen in FSX that is large enough to allow all the names to fit. There are no freeware aircraft of this size and the ones that are close use default modeling so the livery has vortice pull top and bottom making the painting area much smaller. This is the PMDG 747-8X. You wold first need to own the 747 then get the ext

You would need to get the two for FSX, the others listed are for FS9, but this paint and the -8 are only for FSX. So to answer your question, you would need both the 747-400X and the 747-8X (The -8 is just an extension of the 747-400X so only the exterior model which is why it's so cheap). They seem to have a lot more listed there then what they sell. Haven't been to their page in a while, sorry about that ;)

Glad you liked it Jay. Personally I cried several times when doing this paint as well as the video. The paint was a very emotional one to do. The amount of names just became overwhelming, many times. To see them all on a livery and even memorized many of the names over the coarse of the livery. It got very personal and I hope others feel that when they fly it.
