  • are those bikes or lollipops??

  • i have met billy a few different times..he is a cool down to earth guy..he is only human just like every body eles...he made some poor decisions...know he is paying for it..he has even made peace with the brother and the family of the guy he ran over...i think billy will be back and will do what he can to make his life right!

  • i was there that day . a little later. i was still at the rally sprayin at my booth .we showed up later to party and to drive super drunk after. i really hated the weekend biker costume wearing fags that popped up that dealt with lawyers and lawsuits instead of with chingasos and knives. that died down when jesse james got a little tired.

  • @palomino13 let me tell you 1 thing i am 21 years and i own a motorcycle business, and people who can aford 1 harley are people with money like lawyers, business man cause real bikes are expensives soo if you see one custom bike more than a lifestyle is a fashion and expensive hobby for people who can aford it, or old guys that steel feel like if they had 21 and try to live like young mans riding expenisve bikes

  • I own one if Billys bikes. What a bitch when you need to fix the thing. It's all hand built. It's fun to ride though.

  • I think Billy builds some cool bikes, if you are in it for the long haul then stay on your stock Harley. Building choppers and customizing isn't even in the same ballpark as touring so it may not be your thing. I like both touring and customizing myself and have no problem combining the 2.

  • combining the 2 is great if the final seating position is strictly adhered to during the build

  • I have my Road King all stripped down and tricked out but the bottom line to ME was, can I still ride it on the long haul across country? That is why I spared no expense on the seat and stayed away from the low profile tires that have a very rough ride.

  • no thanks i choose to live. i've seen billy in bike builder contests. i wouldn't cross the the street to look at one of his bikes. you noticed i didn't use the word motorcycle. who in there right mind would be stupid enough to ride one of these pieces of s--- he builds. go to harley buy a great bike like the softtail and have a bike that rides nice won't break down on every ride. and they offer somewhat cheap extras to put on to dress it up.

  • Did he fuck yer old lady or something? Why would you take soo much time to slam him if you just don't care for his shit? Fuuuuck you dude!

  • your smoking what? billy is a f--- up. gives bikers and builders a bad name. watch the vids that show him in progress before you make dum ass comments. lots of good builders out there. if his bikes can't make a trip across a state without breaking down why the h--- would you support an idiot. any dum ass i know could cut up a bike and chop it out, but unlike little willy, they don't break down. and they don't try to kill the rider!

  • I don't have a problem with Billy like you obviously do. Don't blame the whole chopper lifestyle on his poor decision to endanger others by driving while legally intoxicated. I have BOTH choppers/customs AND a touring bike as well, they are 2 distinctly different animals...

  • I've met and partied with Billy and he's not a bad guy, he just made a poor choice on that day. I think he builds cool stuff with freash ideas, just like alot of the other builders I like. Point being if you don't like choppers, the purpose they serve or how they are built then stay away from they and don't waste sooo much time hatin' on Billy or any others for that matter...

  • I like some of Billy's rough-cut style that just emphasizes the creative uniqueness of his inovations and not just fat tires and slick paint jobs. It's not for you evidently and that's fine but move onto whatever does it for you bro and release the hate...

  • i am a big fan of custom bikes. to me exile choppers makes a good example of what a custom bike should be. i don't like the curse words that flows out of russel's mouth or i'd be a real fan of his. form and function is what a custom is about. art belongs on a wall, a motorcycle is meant to be ridden, down with posers. ride hard or stay at home. i know you'd agree with that.

  • I like Russell's bikes, I also like Eddie Trotta and Walz Hardcore bikes as well. I know these guys and NONE of them (including Billy Lane) put up with someone building/showing bikes that don't run! I had a close friend that tried to get into the industry and got caught doing that and they ran him off for it. Billy's bikes are sometimes rough looking but still cool in their own way, it's all about being different...

  • great video, 3 of the best bike builders there Billy, Matt , Martin Brothers
