get your TROS (you already built) and connect it to your flyback with those blue wires (the same way),
now get your jumper wire and hook it to the hot end of flyback, now connect another end of jumper to pins on other side of FB one by one, one of it will give you spark, this's the one - you found HV coil

Pure water is an insulator, the dissolved solids are what cause it to conduct, of course any dielectric can fail over if enough "push" is applied, that push is voltage.

all of this is a HV HF oscillations, the hand won't affect it when connected in such way;
just play around with voltage on the same setup
