Good explination. I't took me a long time to learn this and somtimes I still have a problem putting a shield up.But anyway I just wanted to send words of encouragemet to those trying this.You'll get better over at it over time.
im starting the visualization process even though i'm not good at setting stiil. I have come up with a trigger word and its "protect me" its ot working great yet. Im still practicing my visualization and its getting better
hey there i was just thinking do we need to take down the shield? if you put it up and then leave it there will it work raising it again? can we apply a traigger to take it down also?
I've never taken it down, unless I wanted to use a different visualization technique etc, the source is limitless. You could experiment and see what works best for you.
does it matter what colour it is
