I'm a US citizen who lived in France for 2 years. FYI, the legal age of sexual consent in the USA varies from state to state. The US version sucks compared to the British one. I started watching it on MTV, then I saw the British one on Netflix. It sucks that they don't show the British version instead.. :/ it's way better. Yes, Kaya as Katniss!! She is absolutely perfect. And btw, who says Katniss isn't pretty? The fact that Gale and Peeta fall for her and that she catches Finnick's attention shows that she's quite a beautiful young woman, even if she doesn't realize it. So it makes complete sense for someone pretty to be cast in the role. And with her dark hair, talent, age and size/height, Kaya seems tailor made for the role.
